To permit a refreshment vehicle in the (H) MP4 Zone.
Steve Hennessey appeared in support of this application. No persons appeared in opposition to
this application.
Moved by John Bate, Seconded by Charmaine Dunn
"TO approve the application to permit a refreshment vehicle in the (H)
MP4 Zone, subject to the following conditions:
That no alternations are made to the existing lot grading; and
That permission for this use expires at such time as municipal water and
sanitary sewer services are available at the property line, as it meets the
intent of the Official Plans and Zoning By-law, is minor in nature and not
detrimental to the neighbourhood".

Adoption of the minutes from September 20th, 2012.

Appeal date for the foregoing applications is October 31, 2012
