Land Acknowledgement Statement 2. Declarations of Pecuniary Interest 3. Adoption of Minutes 4. Parade route -Route is confirmed and currently up on the website. It is hwy 2, the same route as last year. After the parade, Santa float and committee float are planning to venture past the hospital. Only a select few participants will be on the committee float. Crystal who do we have and who do you recommend leaving on the float. Also discuss the best way to line the floats up. 5. Float Entries - where are we at with floats? When will email go out to confirm everyone? Has the route gone out yet? What time is arrival? What else should be sent out to the floats and walkers? 6. Sponsors – where are we at with talking to each on the list to collect more sponsors? How much have we collected thus far? Any outstanding monies to be picked up? 7. Michelle Kimmerly, is Emily Confirmed yet for the committee float? 8. Costumes and Face Painting – as discussed, face painting isn’t happening this year unfortunately. Costumes, we have #__ costumes and Crystal and I have discussed and we’re going to spend the original budget to add to our costumes. Where will face paint be stored (workshop too hot/too cold?) 9. Volunteers - We have started a push on Monday to get volunteers to dress up and walk in the parade. How many volunteers do we need? What areas do we still need volunteers for? (Ie hand out noses, stand with mini st Stephen’s bands, etc) 10. Porta o potty – Rick have you called around; what kind of price are we looking at? Are we good to book one? Where will it be placed? 11. Golf Carts - Rick are they confirmed completely? How many? Who is using? Main purpose? 12. Floats are finished!!!! unless Crystal has completed them already, finish sewing snow and finish painting snowflakes. 13. Bands, who all is confirmed? Also is St Stephens confirmed to start playing before the time. During this the noses will be started to be handing out. See about getting people out earlier and share that on social media. 14. Meetings prior to big event-On the 15th in hopes that everyone can meet and help for our final quick meeting. Meet at the Legion for 7 in the parking lot to help with carrying in all the boxes and left over buttons. 15. Signs about Santa to go up on the weekend of the 11th and 12th. Jonathan will do a map of the city as to where the 48 – 51 signs to be placed. (Found 3 more need to make sure there’s stands for them) Also who is volunteering to do this? 16. Treasure Update - outstanding cheques. Who’s responsible for playing bands, Shriner, pottapotty etc and when? 17. Day of event - timeline, list of jobs, locations etc 18. Other Business 19.
