Moved by John Bate, Seconded by Charmaine Dunn: "TO approve the application to permit the expansion of an existing greenhouse operation by increasing the total lot coverage by non-residential uses from 21.5% to 28%, subject to the condition that a pre-development grading plan and satisfactory proposed grading plan be submitted for approval by the Director of Engineering Services, as it meets the intent of the Official Plans and Zoning By-law is minor in nature and not detrimental to the neighbourhood." Moved by John Bate, Seconded by Charmaine Dunn: "TO approve the application to permit the construction of a linked dwelling by reducing the minimum parking requirement from 2 outdoor spaces to 1 outdoor space subject to the following conditions: That an appropriate advisory notice is provided to the purchasers of these dwellings; and that a maximum of three risers be permitted for stairs leading from the end of the garage into the dwelling, as it meets the intent of the Official Plans and Zoning By-law, is minor in nature and not detrimental to the neighbourhood."
