CORRESPONDENCE FOR DIRECTION
D - 1 Randy Cowan, Director, Orono Fair advising that the fair which is
scheduled for September 6 to 9, 2012, is celebrating its 160th
anniversary; the fair is breaking all records year after year in both
attendance and entertainment; they have secured some major
entertainment for the Friday evening show; and requesting Council to
designate the Orono Fair as a "Community Event" for the purpose of
obtaining a Special Occasion Permit.
