Council Agenda - 4 - March 14, 1994 MOTION NOTICE OF MOTION REPORTS 1. General Purpose and Administration Committee Report of March 7, 1994. UNFINISHED BUSINESS BY -LAWS 94 -35 being a by -law to authorize the execution of an agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and the Royal Bank of Canada (Item #7 of Report #1); 94 -36 being a by -law to authorize the execution of an agreement between the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington and Pine Ridge Park (Item #8 of Report #1); 94 -37 being a by -law to authorize the entering into of an Amending Agreement with H. Kassinger Construction Limited the owner of Plan of Subdivision 18T -86075 and the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington in respect of Plan 18T -86075 (Council Approval April 13, 1987); and 94 -38 being a by -law of the Municipality of Clarington to appoint a Chief Administrative Officer and to repeal By -law 93 -168, a by -law to appoint an Acting Chief Administrative Officer. OTHER BUSINESS BY -LAW TO APPROVE THE ACTIONS OF COUNCIL ADJOURNMENT 43_!, MUNICIPALITY OF arington - REPORT #2 ONTARIO HANDOUT REPORT TO COUNCIL MEETING OF MARCH 14, 1994 SUBJECT: GENERAL PURPOSE AND ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE MEETING OF MONDAY, MARCH 4, 1994 RECOMMENDATION: THAT the recommendations, outlined in Report TR- 10 -94, Report WD- 17 -94, Report•WD -14 -94 and Report CS- 07 -94, as amended by the actions taken at the Special Meeting of the General Purpose and Administration Committee held on March 4, 1994, the reconvened special meeting of March 7, 1994 and the reconvened special meeting of March 11, 1994, be approved.
