Council Agenda - 4 - February 28, 1994 UNFINISHED BUSINESS BY -LAWS 94 -27 being a by -law to prescribe a Fee Schedule for the processing of various applications made in respect of Planning and Development Applications (Item #5 of Report #1); 94 -28 being a by -law to amend By -law 84 -63, the Comprehensive Zoning By -law for the former Town of Newcastle (Item #7 of Report #1); 94 -29 being a by -law to authorize the entering into of an agreement with H.
