UNFINISHED BUSINESS Council Agenda - 5 - February 14, 1994 BY -LAWS 94 -23 being a by -law to amend By -law 92 -112, being a by -law to establish an Occupational Health and Safety Policy and an Occupational Health and Safety Program as required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Item #12 of Report #1); 94 -24 being a by -law to authorize the entering into of an Agreement with Kingsberry Properties, the owner of Plan of Subdivision 18T -92010 and the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington in respect of Plan 18T -92010 (Approved by Council June 14, 1994); and 94 -25 being a by -law to authorize the borrowing of $10,000,000 to meet, until the taxes are collected, the current expenditures of the municipality for the year 1994.
