Michael Taylor and Mark Brown appeared in support of this application. No persons appeared in opposition to this application. Moved by Paul Allore, Seconded by John Bate: "TO approve the application to allow for the development of an event centre facility by increasing the maximum permitted height from 10 metres to 12.75 metres, as it meets the intent of the Official Plans and Zoning By- law, is minor in nature and not detrimental to the neighbourhood." This will be accomplished by reducing the front yard setback from 10 metres to 2 metres, the exterior side yard setback from 10 metres to 2 metres and omitting the requirement for a loading space.
