Gary Madill and Sandra Madill appeared in support of this application. No persons appeared in opposition to this application. Moved by Charmaine Dunn, Seconded by John Bate: "TO approve the application to permit the construction of a single detached dwelling by reducing the minimum required setback from the south property line from 8 metres to 6 metres as it meets the intent of the Official Plans and Zoning By-law, is minor in nature and not detrimental to the neighbourhood."
