To permit the construction of a linked dwelling by reducing the required exterior side
yard setback from 6 metres to 4.9 metres.
Stan Majerczyk appeared in support of this application. No persons appeared in
opposition to this application.
Moved by Jim Vinson, Seconded by John Bate:
"TO approve the application to permit the construction of a linked dwelling
by reducing the minimum required exterior side yard setback from 6
metres to 4.9 metres, as it meets the intent of the Official Plans and
Zoning By-law, is minor in nature and appropriate for the use and
development of the land, building and structure."

To permit the construction of a single detached dwelling by reducing the required
setback from the north property line to 3 metres.
Gary and Sandra Madill appeared in support of this application. No persons
appeared in opposition to this application.
Moved by Jim Vinson, Seconded by Todd Taylor:
"TO approve the application to permit the construction of a single
detached dwelling by reducing the required setback from the north
property line to 3 metres, as it meets the intent of the Official Plans and
Zoning By-law, is minor in nature and appropriate for the use and
development of the land, building and structure."
