FORMER TOWNSHIP OF DARLINGTON
To permit the construction of an addition (sunroom) to a single detached dwelling by
increasing the maximum permitted lot coverage from 40% to 46% and by decreasing
the minimum required rear yard setback from 10.5 metres to 6.3 metres.
Michael Taylor appeared in support of this application. No persons appeared in
opposition to this application.
Moved by Paul Allore, Seconded by Todd Taylor:
"TO table the application until the next Committee meeting on March 15th,
2012, to allow staff to further discuss with the applicant regarding the size
of the proposed addition."
