Meeting Minutes Oct 21, 2012
Meeting held to respond to the municipality on their request to rent the hall for
two days and that the hall board cater the lunchs. After some discussion it was
proposed that we contact the municipal;ty that we would be willing to do this on
Nov 29& 30. The hall rent would be $200 per day and the catering fee would be
$20 per person for lunch and two coffee breaks.
Moved by Jenny Bowman
Seconded by Karen Dair. All were in favour.
