Jim Piper appeared in support of this application. No persons appeared in opposition to this application. Moved by John Bellman, Seconded by Latifun Prasad: "To APPROVE the application to permit the construction of an accessory building (detached garage) by increasing the maximum permitted total floor area from 120 square metres to 130 square metres, as it meets the intent of both official plans and the zoning by- law, is considered to be minor in nature and is not detrimental to the neighbourhood."
