Frank Porco appeared in support of this application. No persons appeared in opposition to this application. Moved by John Bellman, Seconded by Anthony Wood: "TO table the application for up to 3 months, to allow for the certification of the lot grading and for verification that the existing floating deck meets the minimum required setback of 0.6 metres. "CARRIED" A2009-0052 TRACEY GORDON 80 FENNING DRIVE, COURTICE PART LOT 35, CONCESSION 1 FORMER TOWNSHIP OF DARLINGTON To permit the construction of an attached deck (existing) and shed (existing) by increasing the maximum permitted lot coverage from 40% to 47.25%. Committee of Adjustment January 21, 2010 Page 2 Jean Dube appeared in support of this application. No persons appeared in opposition to this application. Moved by John Bellman, Seconded by Ellen Cowan: "TO approve the application to permit the proposed increase in maximum permitted lot coverage from 40% to 47.25% to permit the construction of an (existing) attached deck (unenclosed) and (existing) shed with the condition that: work required to remove portions of the deck within 1.2 metres of the side property lines and 6 metres of the rear property line be completed to the satisfaction of the Municipality of Clarington within 6 months of the Committee of Adjustment meeting of January 21, 2010, as it meets the intent of both Official Plans and the Zoning By-law, is minor in nature and not detrimental to the neighbourhood.
