To permit an increase in the maximum number of individual business establishments
with a total floor area less than 300 m2 but greater than 100 m2 from three (3) to six

Bowmanville Investments Inc. appeared in support of this application. Edgar Lucas
(B.I.A) appeared in opposition to this application.

"To permit an increase in the maximum number of individual business
establishments with a total floor area less than 300 m2 but greater than 100 m2
from three (3) to six (6), as it meets the intent of both Official Plans and the

To permit the construction of a single detached dwelling by increasing the maximum
permitted lot coverage from 40% to 45%.
H & H Building Corp. appeared in support of this application. No persons appeared
in opposition to this application.
Moved by Latifun Prasad, Seconded by Anthony Wood:
"To table the application to the next Committee of Adjustment
meeting."

OTHER BUSINESS:
Appeal date for the foregoing applications is February 9, 2011.
Next meeting of the Committee of Adjustment: February 24, 2011
-Committee proposed a CD with Zoning By-Law and Official Plan to save paper for
the new committee.
-Should have group training.
-Discussion re: Committee's decision to table A2010-0043 from a legal perspective.
