WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Township of Clarke, by By-Law No. 1748 of the Corporation of the said Township, enacted the 17th day of May, 1973,has stopped up and closed certain road allowances and parts of road albwances as described in Schedule "A " of this by-law; AND WHEREAS the said Municipal Council has applied to the Municipal Council of these United Counties:6~r confirmation of the said By-Law insofar as it relates to the stopping up and closing of the said Road Allowances and parts of Road Allowances; NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the United Counties enacts as follows: 1. That BywLaw No. 1748 of the Corporation of the Township of Clarke, passed the 17th day of May, 1973, insofar as it relates to the stopping up and closing of the said road allowances and parts of road allowances,as mentioned in the said Schedule "A ", attached hereto, be and the same is hereby confiraaed.
