To print a document from the Municipality of Clarington’s public corporate record
collection is a very simple task.
Once you have located the desired document you may print the entire document or just
a selection of pages.
Displayed below is a sample set of Council Minutes.
To print the document it first needs to be downloaded to a PDF file. The steps to be
followed are detailed below.
If you wish to print the entire document, do not change the pages which are display.

To print only selected pages, simply indicate the page(s) desired. (example: To print
only page 1, it should read:
The next step is to create the PDF of the document. Do this by clicking on the
“Download PDF File” button.
Once click, Acrobat reader will launch and the PDF file will be displayed. Click on your
printer tool button.
