Report Overview
This report provides an overview of the opportunities and requirements for the
implementation of charging infrastructure for electric passenger vehicles.

Enforcement of OBC requirements for the installation of EV charging
infrastructure;
Enhancement of policy direction for environmentally sustainable development and
climate change action;
Implementation of a Green Development Program for new Secondary Plan areas
and subdivision and site plan applications; and
Comprehensive review and updating of zoning regulations.
