Moved by Paul Allore, Seconded by James Vinson TO APPROVE a detached garage by increasing the total floor area for accessory buildings from 90 square metres to 120.4 square metres, subject to the following conditions being fulfilled to the satisfaction of the municipality at the owner's expense: 1.
