Paul Burton appeared in support of this application. Susan Norton appeared in opposition to this application. Moved by John Bate, Seconded by Todd Taylor TO TABLE the application to a future meeting to allow time for the applicant to discuss the above noted comments with Staff LL [CARRIED A2014-0038 Jennifer Henderson 3763 Concession Road 8, Clarke Part Lot 23 & 24, Concession 7 Former Township of Clarke To permit the continuation of two legal non -conforming dwellings by allowing the demolition and reconstruction of the dwelling closest to the road. Jennifer Henderson appeared in support of this application. No persons appeared in opposition to this application.
