Monday, March 25, 1991 at 4:00 p.m.,
in Meeting Room #1.

Treasurer, M. Marano
Director of Planning and Development, F. Wu
Town Clerk, P. Barrie
Susan Hendricks, Chairman, Newcastle Public Library Board together with
Bev Wakefield and Barbara Baker, Librarian, were in attendance for
discussion of the 1991 Current and Capital Budgets.
Councillor Deegan chaired the meeting.
Resolution #GPA-204-91
Moved by Mayor Hubbard, seconded by Councillor Hamre
THAT, in addition to Report TR-22-91, the 1991 Current and Capital Budgets
be approved as adjusted and outlined in the Addendum to Report TR-22-91.

Resolution #GPA-205-91
Moved by Mayor Hubbard, seconded by Councillor Stapleton
THAT the 1991 Current and Capital Budgets be referred to the Council
meeting scheduled to be held March 25, 1991 at 7:00 p.m. for approval; and
THAT the Four Year Forecast as outlined in Report TR-22-91 be approved in
principle.
