on Lot 19, west of Maple Grove Road and South of Highway No.2. At
the time of purchase, this land was zoned residential and he is opposed to
the rezoning from residential to agricultural because the land is not
suitable for farming.
R. BarrabaJl, R.R.#6, Bowmanvi11e, L1C 3K7, a resident of Maple Grove
since 1953, questioned the advantage of Maple Grove being a Hamlet and
the impact this proposal would have on the residents' property taxes. He
expressed concern with the problem of overgrown weeds resulting from
the rezoning of certain properties to agricultural stating that this may
create an eyesore to the community.
