Glenn Elliott, 55 GIPnAhhPy Drive, Courtice, LlG 2B5, appeared on behalf of the applicant and informed the Committee that the 10 or 12 acres located at the southern portion of this 30-acre parcel will be developed for the use of a rugby field. He circulated nine letters of support from adjacent residents who state that the application in no way jeopardizes the spirit of development in the neighbourhood or the safety and well being of the community and, they have no objection to the proposal by Thomas Greenalade to build a single family home on this site.
