Home My WebLink About2016-072The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington By-law 2016-072 Being a by-law to provide for the Tariff of Rates for 2015 to 2018, maintenance, management, regulation and control of the cemeteries in the Municipality of Clarington. Whereas the Funeral, Burial and Cremation Services Act 2002, S.O. 2002, c.33, is the legislation that regulates the bereavement sector which came into effect July 1 2012; and Whereas the Council of the Municipality of Clarington approved the recommendations contained in Report OPD -007-16 regarding the housekeeping of the tariff of rates for Clarington cemeteries; Now therefore the Council of the Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows: 1. That By-law 2012-061 is hereby amended by substituting Schedule A attached thereto with Schedule A attached to this by-law. 2. That By-law 2015-037 be repealed. 3. This'by-law shall come into force and effect on the day of passing. Passed in Open Council this 19th day of September, 2016.
