(SEE FOLLOWING MOTIONS) The Chief Administrative Officer gave a brief overview of the 1995 Capital and Current Budgets and outlined the Agenda for the meeting. Jacob Vander Schee, Chair, Clarington Public Library Board, Romona Rickard, Past Chair and Barbara Baker, Chief Librarian were in attendance for the submission of the Library's 1995 Capital and Current Budgets. Jacob Vander Schee distributed statistics to the Committee and outlined the proposed budgets for the Library.
