Nowlan Requesting Moved by Councillor Stapleton, Permission to Occupy Trailer During Construction of a New Residence 60.52.142. seconded by Councillor Hamre THAT the communication received April 15th 1987, from Mrs. D. Nowlan, 144 Martin Road S., Bowmanville, L1C 3N5, requesting that Council approve the placement and temporary use of a mobile home on thei r property located in Part Lot 8, Concession 1, Geographic Township of Clarke, during the construction of a new family residence on the same property be received; AND THAT the request referred to herein be approved, subject to the applicant satisfying all of the conditions of the muni c i pa li ty; AND THAT staff be authorized to approve the necessary agreement for execution by the applicants, the Mayor and the Clerk, when all conditions are satisfied; AND FURTHER THAT Mrs. D.
