THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY -LAW 2005-227
Being a by-law to declare Part 1 on Reference Plan
40R-23825 to be surplus
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington at its meeting of
November 14, 2005, approved the recommendations in Report EGD-037-05
respecting the declarations of land more particularly described on Part 1 on
Reference Plan 40R-23825;
NOW THEREFORE the lands more particularly described on Part 1 on
Reference Plan 40R-23825 are hereby declared surplus.
By-law read a first and second time this November 28, 2005
By-law read a third time and finally passed this November 28, 2005
