Hubbard (On Regional Business) Also Present: Chief Administrative Officer, L. Kotseff Treasurer, J. Blanchard Deputy Clerk, P. Barrie Resolution HC-552-88 Moved by Councillor Wotten, seconded by Councillor Stapleton r THAT Report TR-62-88 be received; and 2. THAT in accordance with the recommendations in the Management letter with respect to Community and Recreation Boards that staff be authorized to investigate this matter further and report to the Committee in September. "CARRIED" Bernie Chandler and Stephen Rowlands presented and explained the Auditor's Report for 1987. Resolution HC-553-88 Moved by Councillor Wotten, seconded by Councillor McKnight THAT the Financial Statement for the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle for the year ended December 31, 1987, be received. "CARRIED" Resolution HC-554-88 Moved by Councillor Wotten, seconded by Councillor McKnight THAT leave be granted to introduce By-law 88-104, being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of the Council of the Town of Newcastle, at this meeting held on the 15th day of July 1988, and that the said by-law be now read a first time.
