CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW NUMBER 2005-216
being a By-law to authorize the purchase agreement between the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington and Douglas Pearson Millburn, in respect to the purchase of
46A West Beach Road, Part Lot 23, Plan 150, Part Lot 10, Broken Front Concession,
Former Town of Bowmanville
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the Council of the Corporation of the
Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington, with the Corporate Seal, a purchase
agreement between Douglas Pearson Millburn and said Corporation.
BY-LAW read a first time this 14th day of November 2005
BY-LAW read a second time this 14th day of November 2005
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 14th day of November 2005
