THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON
BY-LAW 2005-214
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2005-145, a by-law
respecting the appointment of a Chief Building Official,
Building Inspectors, Plumbing Inspectors and Fire
Safety Inspectors.
WHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Clarington has approved the
recommendations contained in Report EGD-41-05.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington hereby enacts as follows:
1. Schedule lA' to By-law 2005-145 is hereby amended by adding the
following thereto:
"Andrew McPherson"
This By-law shall come into effect on tlif date of passing hereof.
BY-LAW read a first and second time this 14th day of November, 2005.
BY-LAW read a third and finally passed this 14th day of November, 2005.
