"CARRIED" Councillor Scott advised Council that the report being prepared by the Chief Administrative Officer as requested in Resolution #G-328-93, will be presented to the General Purpose and Administration Committee on June 7, 1993, rather than May 17, 1993 as noted in the minutes. There were no delegations scheduled for this meeting. Council Minutes MOTION NOTICE OF MOTION REPORTS Report #1 G.P.A Report May 3, 1993 Item #9 Durham Regional Official Plan -10 - May 10, 1993 Resolution #C-360-93 Moved by Councillor Dreslinski, seconded by Councillor Hooper THAT the General Purpose and Administration Committee Report of May 3, 1993, be approved with the exception of Item #9. "CARRIED" Councillor Novak made a declaration of interest with respect to Item #9 of Report #1 and refrained from discussion and voting on the subject matter. Councillor Novak indicated that she resides in close proximity to one of the sites noted in Report PD-77 -93. "CARRIED' UNFINISHED BUSINESS 1993 Grant Notifications Resolution #C-364-93 Moved by Councillor O'Toole, seconded by Councillor Scott THAT the addendum to Report TR-32-93 be received; THAT the revised format of the letter attached to the Addendum to Report TR-32-93 as Schedule A be approved for mailing to the list of organizations per Report TR-32-93; and THAT Council provide direction to proceed with either Option A or Option B as described below: Option A _ Place one advertisement in local area newspapers in the fall for the following budget year grant requests. Option B - (i) Mail application forms in the fall to current grant recipients and inform these groups that no advertisements will be placed for the purposes of 1994 and future grant programs. . . .
