THAT Council move into Committee of the Whole.

THAT the foregoing Resolution iC-420-89 be amended in Item 10 of
Attachment H.

89-111 being a by-law to appoint Fence Viewers in the Tbwn of
Newcastle and to fix their remuneration.

THAT leave be granted to introduce By-law 89-116, being a by-law
to confirm the proceedings of the Council of the lOwn of
Newcastle, at this special meeting held on June 26, 1989, and
that the said by-law be now read a first time.
