held on Monday, October 16, 1995, at
3:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers

The special meeting of Council was held to discuss the matter of boundary
expansion of the Clarington Hydro-Electric Commission.
DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
There were no declarations of interest made at this meeting.

Moved by Councillor Dreslinski, seconded by Councillor Hannah
THAT Council move "In Camera" to discuss the draft report prepared for the
Clarington Hydro-Electric Commission pertaining to boundary expansion, as the
report addresses labour relation issues.

CONFIRMING BY-LAW
ADJOURNMENT
Resolution #C-690-95
Moved by Councillor Hannah, seconded by Councillor Dreslinski
THAT leave be granted to introduce By-law 95-138, being a by-law to confirm the
proceedings of the Council of the Municipality of Clarington at this special
meeting held on the 16th day of October 1995, and that the said by-law be now
read a first and second time.
