The special Council meeting was called for the purpose of discussing two legal
matters.

BY-LAWS
Resolution #C-332-94
Moved by Councillor Hannah, seconded by Councillor Dreslinski
THAT leave be granted to introduce the following by-laws, and that the said
by-laws be now read a flrst and second time:
94-76 being a by-law to authorize the mRk;ng of a Servicing Agreement and
Implementation of Proposed Official Plan Amendment No. 56 and to
Repeal By-law 94-20; and
94-77 being a by-law to authorize the mR king of a Servicing Agreement and
Implementation of Proposed Official Plan Amendment No. 56 and to
Repeal By-law 94-21.
