Resolution #C-77-91 Moved by Councillor Deegan, seconded by Councillor Stapleton THAT the minutes of a regular meeting of Council held on January 28, 1991, be approved. IlCARRIED" Mr. Bill Robertson, Canada Post, 1200 Markham Road, Suite 514, Scarborough, MIH 3C6, together with Dianna Adamowicz, described to Council the actions to be taken in implementing an official recognition of the community of Courtice as a postal identity. Mr. Robertson distributed copies of five draft letters that will be sent to approximately 5,000 homes affected by this change and outlined how the various areas within Courtice will be affected by the implementation. He stated that the letters will be distributed by March 11 for an implementation date of April 8, 1991. Gus Maple, R.R. #1, Kendal, LOA lEO, advised that he would not be attending the meeting. . . .
