Notice of Special Planning & Development Committee Meeting
Date: Monday, September 12, 2016
Time: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Place: Council Chambers
The purpose of the meeting is to collect information on the Official Plan Review. Delegations will be
permitted.
At 4:00 PM the meeting will recess until the regularly -scheduled Planning and Development
Committee meeting commences at 7:00 PM. The Public Meeting on the Official Plan Review will
also be listed on the regular Agenda.
