The following is a report of the meeting of the Finance Committee held on
October 25, 1976;
1. Mileage Claims
It was recommended to Council that the following Mileage Claims be approved
for payment:

2. Providence Cemetery Funds
It was recommended to Council that they direct that the funds to the credit
of the Providence Cemetery be dispersed by the Cemetery Board in Ward 1.
3. Purchase of Land -- Yeo
It was recommended to Council that a cheque for $8,300. be issued from the
Parks Reserve Fund for the purchase of land from Mrs, Yeo.
4. Christmas Party
It was recommended to Council that no Christmas Party be held by the
Municipality this year.
