Minutes of a meeting of the Finance Committee
held in the Committee Room of the Bowmanville Town
Hall on Thursday, April 1, 1976, at 9 a.m.

Acting Councillor K. Entwisle was appointed Acting Chairman
Chairman
Mr. Derek Little and Mr. D. Barber of Municipal Planning
Consultants were present and also Mr. Howden, the Planner, to
discuss various aspects of Municipal Planning Consultant's
Consulting Services and in particular the Newtonville Study and
proposed new Zoning By-Law. The Consultants also undertook to
supply estimated costs for the 1976 Budget. Messrs. Little and
Barber then left the meeting.
Mayor Rickard assumed the Chair.

Maps of THAT $1,000. be-placed in the budget for the purchase of Town Maps.

Parking THAT no action be taken with regard to allocating parking passes

Treasurer's THAT tentative approval be given to the Treasurer's Department
