Feasibility THAT Totten Sims Hubicki Associates be asked to give a quick
study re report of the feasibility of providing economical, office space
Office Space on the second floor of the Bowmanville Town Hall with an
second floor approximate opinion of the cost.

Leighton THAT Leighton & Kidd be thanked for their letter re Town Hall
& Kidd re Renovations and advised that the Committee has come to the
Town Hall conclusion that the Building is not worth refurbishing as a
Heritage Program.

A.M.O. THAT it be recommended to Council that they pay the 1� per
re capita requested by the A.M.O. in their letter of February 27,
Ontario 1976, as the Municipality's share of the expenses incurred
Hydro by the Association's participation in the hearings before the
Hearings Ontario Energy Board with respect to Ontario Hydro rate increases.
