Mayor Rickard and Members of Council:
The following recommendations were made at meetings of the Finance Committee held
on April 21, 1975, April 24, 1975, and May 1, 1975:-
1. Rental Rate Structure - Newcastle Community Hall
That the Town Council suggest to the Newcastle Community Hall Board that they give
serious consideration to their present rental rates structure with a view to
increasing their revenue in the future. k'
2. A.M.C.T. Zone Meeting { `
That the Town Clerk, Deputy Treasurer and Accountant be authorized to attend the
Spring Zone Meeting of the A.M.C.T. at Murray Township on May 14, 1975.
3. Mileage and expense Claims
That the following list of Mileage and Expense Claims as submitted by the
Treasurer, be approved:

4. School Board Budget
That the 1975 estimates of the Northumberland and Newcastle Board of Education be
received for information and referred to the Budget discussion.
