Minutes of a meeting of the Finance Committee held
at 1:00 p.m. on September 22nd, 1975 in the Committee
Room at Bowmanville Town Hallo
Roll All Members of Council were present with Councillor H. Bruce Tint
Call in the Chair. Town Clerk J.1v4 Mcllroy, was Secretary.

Meeting with THAT Mayor Rickard be requested to arrange a meeting with
Tyrone Community the Tyrone Community Hall Association to investigate the
Hall Assoc. financing of the new Tyrone Community Hall with the Chairman
of the Community Services Committee, Tom Clerk and Treasurer
in attendance.

Drilling for $2,815.00 for drilling at Darlington Sports Centre

Roofing THAT Repairs to the Newcastle Village Community Hall roof
Repairs be commenced forthwith and that the work is to be supervised
Newcastle by Totten, Sims & Bubicki, and that the roofing work is to
Community be carried out by Heather and Little at an approximate cost
Hall of $4,1360, that Totten Sims Hubicki is authorised to arrange
for additional necessary repairs to be carried out in
conjunction with the roofing repairs, and that at the
completion of the first stage, Totten Sams Hubicki will
recommend whether or not a final stage shall be undertaken.

Warble THAT Council concur with the report dated September 5th, 1975
Fly of the By-Law Enforcement Officer and that steps be taken
Programme to terminate the Warble Fly Programme.
