Roll Present: Mayor Garnet B. Rickard, Acting Chairman

Councillor Ann Cowman, Member (at 1:30 p.m.)
Councillor Ivan M. Hobbs, Member
Councillor Kenneth E. Lyall, Member
Councillor Kiri; Entwisle, Member (at 3:OO p.m.)
Treasurer J.F. Descent
Town Clerk J.M. McIlroy, Secretary
Absent: Councillor. H. Bruce Tink, Member
The purpose of the meeting was to meet with the Auditors
Mr, G. Sedgewick and A. Murray who were present to discuss
the 197E Financial Statements.

Moved by Con. Lyall, seconded by Con. Hobbs.
Acting THAT Mayor G.R. Rickard be appointed Acting Chairman
Chairman of the meeting.

Sales THAT the Treasurer consult with the Auditors to ascertain
Tax if there could be a refund due to the municipality for
overpayments of Provincial Sales Tax in the past.
