held in the Bowmanville Committee Room on July 2,
1975, at 1:30 p.m.

Con. A. Cowman, Member, at 1:50 p.m
Mayor G. B. Rickard, Member, at 1:50 p.m.

Moved by Con. Entwisle, seconded by Con. Lyall
Budget THAT the entire budget as presented by the Treasurer, be
reviewed as it is not acceptable.
Considerable discussion regarding the Budget took place.
The Treasurer was asked to consult with the Ministry of
Treasury, Economics and Intergovernmental Affairs.

Change of THAT the matter of the change of telephone number for the
Telephone Village of Newcastle Fire Hall be left with the Mayor and
Number Councillor Allin with power to act.
