DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
BY-LAWS
Councillor Pingle made a declaration of interest with respect to By-laws 96-37
and 96-38; vacated her chair and refrained from discussion and voting on the
subject matter. Councillor Pingle indicated that her residence is in close
proximity of the subject properties.

Moved by Councillor Hannah, seconded by Councillor Dreslinski
THAT leave be granted to introduce the following by-laws, and that the said
by-laws be now read a first and second time:
96-37 being a by-law to being a by-law to authorize the entering into
of an Offer to Sell Agreement between Borea H. Rogerson and the
Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington (47 West Beach Road,
Bowmanville); and
96-38 being a by-law to authorize the entering into of an Offer to Sell
Agreement between Olive Lunney and the Corporation of the
Municipality of C1arington (48 West Beach Road, Bowmanville).

ADJOURNMENT

Moved by Councillor Hannah, seconded by Councillor Dreslinski
THAT leave be granted to introduce By-law 96-39, being a by-law to confirm the
proceedings of the Council of the Municipality of Clarington at this special
meeting held on the 5th day of February 1996, and that the said by-law be now
read a first and second time.
