Minutes of a special meeting of the Finance Committee
held in the Boi-nnanville Committee Room on Monday,
April 21st, 1975 at 10:00 --m.
Present Councillor H. Bruce Tink, Chairman

Councillor Kirk Entwisle, Member
Councillor Kenneth E. Lyall, Member

Moved by Con. Hobbs, seconded by Con. Entwisle.
1975 THAT tentative approval be given to the 1975 Budgets for
Budgets (a) Council
(b) Administration
(c) Administration Unclassified

Moved by Con. Hobbs, seconded by Mayor Rickard.
Fire Dept. THAT the 1975 Fire Department Budget as received from the
Budget Community Services Committee be given tentative approval.

Street THAT the 1975 Budget for Street Lighting be given
Lighting tentative approval.

Animal THAT the 1975 Budget for Animal Control as received from
Control the Community Services Committee be given tentative approval
Budget and that the Treasurer set this budget up to show separate
totals for:
(1) Animal Control (Dogs)
(2) Warble Fly Control
(3) Livestock Damage

Engineering THAT the 1975 Budget for the Engineering Department be
Department deferred to the meeting to be held on Thursday, April 24th,
and that Mr, J. Ferguson be requested to attend to supply
details of his budget,

Moved by Con. Hobbs, seconded by Con, Entwisle,
Works THAT the 1975 Budget for the Works Department as received
Department from the Works Committee be given tentative approval and the
Budget cost of purchasing the Prescott house in the approximate
amount of $31,000 be added to the Budget under the heading
10ther Road Expenditures'.

Sanitation THAT the 1975 Sanitation Department Budget be given
Department tentative approval..
