Minutes of a special meeting of the Finance Committee held
in the Bowmanville Committee Room on Friday, March 21st,
1975 at 1:00 p.m.

Mileage THAT the Clerk and Treasurer are instructed to formulate an
for administrative system to reimburse Councillors for car
Councillors expenses at the rate of �15 cents per mile for attendance at

they have been appointed by Council, with the Mayor to
receive $50°00 per month in lieu of mileage to be

Insurance THAT the necessary steps be taken to give the three 'Local'
Coverage Councillors the same Insurance Coverage for accidents, etc. ,
as that presently Provided by the Region of Durham for
'Regional Councillors'.

Budgets re General Government, which were received and amended. No
Revenue & further action was taken.
