Finance Committee September 30, 1974
Minutes of a meeting of the Finance Committee held at 1 p,m.
on September 30, 1974, in the Committee Room at the Bowmanville
Town. Hall.
All members were present with the exception of Mayor Rickard and
Con. Wearn who attended at 1:10 p.m. Con. Tink was in the Chair.

Adoption of THAT the minutes of meetings held on September 9 and September 12,
Minutes 1974, be adopted.

Zoning THAT the Planner's report dated September 19, 1974, relative to
Amendment application for Zoning Amendments be tabled to the next meeting
Application to allow a research of the wording of Rule 4 regarding $200. fee
for rezoning.

N. Zonderman Mr. Zonderman appeared before the Council regarding a Stop Work
Building Order which had been placed on his building after commencement of
Permit construction. Mr. Best reported on the matter as affected by the
Township of Clarke Zoning By-law. Mr. Merrill Brown, Surveyor
and Mr. G. Howden also spoke.

THAT the Chief Building Inspector be ordered to lift the Stop Work
Order on Mr. Zonderman's building and that Mr. Zonderman be
permitted to carry on with his building in conformity with Town
By-laws regarding set back for side yards, etc.

Council Meeting.
The Meeting was adjourned to go into Special Council Meeting at
2 p.m.
