Minutes of a meeting of the Finance Committee
held in Court room No. 2 in the Police and
Fire Building at 1:00 p.m. on July 22nd, 1974.

Dudar THAT the application of Dudar Construction Limited for
Construction building permits on proposed road between Lots 30 and 31,
Limited Concession 2, former Township of Clarke, be referred
to the Town Solicitor as to what obligations the Town
has regarding; agreements contracted by the four former
municipalities.

The paragraph reading in lieu of this a $250.00 occupancy
must be paid should be eliminated entirely.
These unfinished streets and roads present a serious
tie up for the Fire Department in case of fire in these
areas.

dated July 12th, 1974, be received and held for information

Grant to THAT with regard to the referral of the Community
Fine Arts Services Committee, relative to the payment of a
Centre grant of $5,000 to a proposed Fine Arts Centre,
that no grant be paid at this time until it is seen
hour the project is progressing and what the money
may be needed for.

Parking THAT the Finance Committee concur with the recommendation
Meter of the Personnel Committee to hire Miss Anna Reid as

arrangements for the purchase of uniform for the
new employee.
