Bruce Tink, Chairman Councillor Kirk Entwisle, Member Councillor Ivan M. Hobbs, Member Councillor Kenneth E. Lyall, Member Councillor A. D. Wearn, Member Mayor Garnet B. Rickard Member Councillor Donald W. Alfin, Member Mayor G. B. Rickard left the meeting at 2:10 p•m• to attend a meeting at Region and returned at 4:30 p.m. Resolution #F-401-74 Moved by Con. Hobbs, seconded by Con. Wearn, Approval of THAT the minutes of meetings of June 10th and June 14th, Minutes 1974, be approved with the notation that Resolution #F-275-74 was seconded by Councillor Allin instead of Councillor 'Lyall. "CARRIED" Sale of Mr. Ed Maier of the Royal Canadian Legion appeared Land to before the Committee relative to the purchase of Royal three acres of industrial land to relocate the Legion Canadian building. THAT the Legion be advised to engage a Solicitor to prepare a proper offer to purchase containing description of land, price, etc., and subject to the Region extending the services, that the Legion would pay a portion of the co--t.
