Minutes of a meeting; of the Finance Committee
held in the Police and Fire Building, Court
Room No. 2. on June 20th, 1974 at 10:00 a.m.
Present: Mayor G.B. Rickard, Acting Chairman
Councillor Mirk Entwisle, Member
Councillor Ivan M. Hobbs, Member
Councillor H. Bruce Tink, Member
Councillor A. D. Wearn, Member
Councillor Donald W. Allin, Member - Joined the
Meeting at 11:25 a.m.
Planner G. F. Howden
Town Clerk J, M. Mcll-roy, Secretary
Mr, Murray Jones and Mr. Rob Garrard of Murray V. Jones
and Associates Ltd., attended the meeting in connection
with the Ontario Housing Action Programme.

Chairman THAT Mayor Rickard act as Chairman for the meeting.

Housing THAT the firm of Murray V. Jones Associates be retained
Action" to proceed with Phaze I of the Secondary Plan as detailed
in Mr. Jones letter of June 18th, 1974.

Fennell THAT the Planner be instructed to prepare a By--law
Marina designed to permit the buildings already completed
or started at the Fennell Marina, that is, Marina
Storage 261 x 521 approximately, Tent Structure 501 x
1001 approximately, and a log cabin 201 x 281 approximately,
also the moorings and pierings, which are being
developed. Furthermore, that an Official Plan Amendment
and Zoning By-law be prepared for presentation to Council
with the applicant paying the costs.
